Summary: Hôtel was clean, comfortable and staff were all very friendly. The location was great to walk and explore. My only complaint was the coffee here. We ventured to find better coffee cause the hotel charged 4 euro for a tiny coffee from a machine. Other than that, I would definitely stay again.

Summary: We have been staying at Hotel Duo for about 20 years, every time we come to Paris. The staff is great. We've seen how the staff has improved over the years, and they're just the nicest people. Any issue that arose they addressed, or were able to offer a free breakfast for said inconvenience. A few years back an entrance for Hotel De Ville metro stop was opened just right outside the door--and it feels like your own private metro entrance. Location is great, right in the Marais and close to some of our fav shops. We are excited for their refurb coming next year, and hope that we will still be able to afford the hotel. Thanks, Hotel Duo, for another nice stay!

Summary: Staff was very welcoming. I had requested rooms with showers and they were able to accommodate us. Very nice lobby to wait in for other travellers. The rooms we had were very spacious and bathroom updates were amazing. Like many hotels if you are a lighter sleeper bring earplugs as there can be street noise.
