Positive: Location is perfect - in Marais (best place to stay in Paris), but very quiet. Air-condition individually regulated in every room and very efficient. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary things. Apartment is spacious an can easily accomodate 6 persons without feeling crowded. Entrance to the building is locked and the courtyard is locked during the night. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and excellent Italian foodstuffs shop in the next building. Metro is 4 min away.

Negative: All fine!

Positive: The appartement is absolutely beautiful, newly decorated in a French modern-classic style. Every detail is right, style colors, accessoires, kitchen, bathrooms, it's all very luxurious. The location is right in the heart of our favorite neighborhood Le Marais, super close to many nice shops, bars and restaurants,. 10 mins walking to the Notre Dame, 30 mins to the Louvre. ,

Negative: Turing the lights on/off in the living room was a bit of a challenge. Getting the TV on the French channels as well (all streaming apps were there). A written manual would help.
