Positive: This hotel has an amazing pool which is amazing. Location is great. Prices are fair. The hotel has a restaurant which offers really good options! The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. My family and I visit this hotel at least once a year

Negative: We noticed some areas of improvement. Check in was at 2:00 pm. We arrived around 3:50 pm and rooms were not ready. The receptionist was very kind however there was a woman at the restaurant who was not very willing to

Positive: Excellent wildlife walk under the hotel for frogs. Poison dart, blue jean and tree frogs. A member of staff needs to accompany ypu at night

Positive: The design of the hotel in a large jungly garden and a swimming pool

Negative: No facilities in the bedroom , no fridge no kettle and very poor boring breakfasts The staff there was polite but no warm

Positive: Coffee machine in the room, beautiful owl spotted outside of our room.

Negative: It's a sad place. Trying to sell a jungle feeling while on a very busy and hectic road. It's the first time I didn't feel quite safe in Costa Rica. The armen guard outside of the restaurant didn't help. Food was bad, both dinner and breakfast.
