Positive: A fost curat și camera mare, baia spațioasă surprinzător de bună cazarea, aproape de autostrada cu orașul Plovdiv, am fost în tranzit spre Grecia Mic dejun la alegere plus cafea inclusă, bun totul.

Positive: The studio room with jacuzzi was more than wonderful - spacious, pretty and comfortable! There were plenty of toiletries, and always enough toilet paper. The towels were changed every day. The room was very clean, with a super thick, fluffy carpet. The bed is marvelous - gigantic and very comfortable, perfect for a couple! Plenty of room for clothes in the wardrobe.
Negative: Three things in particular, starting with the most minor. 1. The pedal of the rubbish bin in the bathroom was not working. 2. Both faucets in the bathroom were spraying when water was running, which was kind of inconvenient. Also, the design of the sink is such, that one needs to bend a lot in order to wash their face, which was also inconvenient. 3. The most shocking thing was the time it took for breakfast to be served. The first morning we waited twenty minutes before being served. The second morning we waited more than forty five minutes in total, twenty of which only for our order to be taken. The choice of breakfast options is very poor. The waiter wears a scruffy sweatshirt, which leaves suspicions about the hygiene in the kitchen. The breakfast itself was not bad, but the coffee was served in a large cup, in which there were like two sips of coffee, which was highly disappointing. Last but not least, the restaurant was very cold. We needed to wear our jackets while eating. To be honest, the entire breakfast experience is the single reason we wouldn't stay again in this hotel.
