Positive: Fantastic location and brilliant value for money. Clean , organised and easily accessible from Plovdiv South bus station. There was also air con and a free upgrade to a double room (appreciated, despite being a solo traveller). The host does aim to provide good value. I needed a place to stay before a flight and this was an excellent choice for that purpose.
Negative: Lack of reception, not really a hotel per se. If you need anything, you must ring the host. The toiletries were in line with the budget price and noise insulation wasn’t the best so if you are noise sensitive like me, you might prefer alternatives.
Summary: Amazing value for needing a place to stay, central enough to Plovdiv and only 5 mins from airport

Positive: Страхотно ново местенце. Трябваше ми хотел за Hills Of Rock и на фона на цените в Пловдив тази година, този хотел беше страхотно откритие! Чистичко, ново, служителите са супер любезни и отзивчиви. Също така е на десетина минути с кола или такси от гребната база, което е голям плюс. Локацията е добра - намира се близо до Пловдив и вечер е тихо. Пак ще посетим, определено!
Negative: Няма нещо, което да не ми хареса.

Positive: Close enough to Plovdiv (5 mins by car) but away from noise. There was breakfast available that was a good quantity and had a nice variety. Car park available. The beds were comfy, the room was clean, bathroom was spacious. The staff was super nice and friendly.

Positive: Quick and easy check-in, parking on site available also able to leave the car whilst we were away but please do check with the hotel for availability. The room was clean and of a good size, 10 to 15 minutes drive to the airport (possible to use car transfer via the hotel but again please check availability before booking), same sort of driving time to the centre of Plovdiv. Breakfast was substantial, overall an excellent stay.
Negative: Although breakfast was substantial it might be better to check with the guest if they want everything on the prepared plate for example my wife doesn't like cheese but luckily I do so I eat it all but it might be in some cases wasted food? The second thing and this is not the hotels fault, just be aware if you're calling the taxi company from the airport they didn't know where the hotel is? In our case the taxi lady told me she's lived in Plovdiv all her life and this hotel doesn't exist, clearly it does, luckily we found a taxi in the car park showed him the address and no problem.
