Positive: Service provided for activities available for the property. Bakery and venders in the morning were nice.
Negative: We had to wait for a long time for the breakfast. Even though there is the online system to check in, it would be nice to have system the night before to avoid congestion to reserve the seats/ table?
Summary: We enjoyed our family reunion here!

Positive: The view from the room was absolutely amazing, and breakfast was excellent! The onsen was stunning, and my mom really enjoyed the free live concert afterward. It made for a truly unforgettable memory.
Negative: It was very disappointing that both the onsen and breakfast closed at 10 a.m. Waking up at 8 a.m. made the whole morning feel rushed. On top of that, there was absolutely no coffee available anywhere in the hotel. Most guests would expect to have at least a cup of coffee in the morning.(usually it’s provided in the room) but I couldn’t get any at all. I really couldn’t enjoy my morning in such a beautiful room. It was a letdown, and I truly think they should consider offering some kind of coffee service

Positive: staff friendly and polite, I made the hotel reservation on the booking website, after completing the reservation I realized that the room was for smokers, I asked for a room change, they promptly moved me to a non-smoking room, The meal had a huge variety of food, the breakfast was also fantastic, I definitely want to stay there again
Negative: It is not possible to open the window in the rooms, the air conditioning has internal control, so as it is winter, only hot air comes out, my husband and I are hot, even with the air conditioning turned off, the room felt stuffy, it was a little uncomfortable, but we still managed to sleep.
Summary: a hotel for you to relax, take a hot shower and enjoy delicious meals, the hotel is wonderful!

Positive: The hotel was set in a beautiful garden location. It’s a very big hotel and popular with families. Our room was large with floor to ceiling windows and a balcony. The foyer is huge with a bakery and a shop which sells local products. There was a separate part of the buffet restaurant dedicated to small kids under 5. There was a free shuttle bus to and from Nasushiobara station. There was a separate building for people with dogs. The air conditioning temperature was controlled by the hotel but it was OK.
Negative: Checkin and check out was difficult as there was very little English spoken by the staff. All the signs and vouchers we were given were in Japanese. There are only 2 lifts in the main building so there is a lot of waiting. It’s not a romantic hotel. There were a lot of families staying and the buffet restaurant is frantic. We could not relax when eating. The queue for breakfast was very long. The French restaurant on the top floor was closed for the entire week and the Japanese restaurant was fully booked. You are captured here as there are no restaurants or shops nearby. I would not recommend coming here without a car as there are no facilities or attractions nearby.

Positive: This is our second time to stay at Hotel Epinard, a wonderful family resort in Nasu. We stayed for 5 days at Deluxe room which is spacious, modern and clean. Super friendly staff and great facilities including onsen (indoor and outdoor), swimming pool, gym, tennis courts, arts and crafts workshops, game centre, massage, karaoke and a lovely chapel. Restaurants are also great: buffet breakfast, Japanese meals and high quality French cuisine (available for breakfast and dinner). Very well located and a good base to explore Nasu where lots of theme parks and museums nearby,
