Positive: I loved this hotel. The town is small so everything is close by, you can even walk to the nearby town. The hotel is quiet and very comfortable. Good breakfast.

Positive: The staff was so kind and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and had a great vibe. And… because we had a check out early on the last morning, they offered to make us a sandwich for our early train 😎

Positive: The hotel is in a lovely quiet seaside town close to Cinque Terre. It is a great alternative to the crowded and expensive towns of CT. The staff were wonderful. The town is uniquely connected to the towns north and south via old railway tunnels which have been coverted to bike/pedestrian ways. We will recommend this to our friends.
Negative: Everything was great!

Positive: Fantastic location - right on the beach, 5 minutes from the train station. Very easy access to other parts of Liguria. The hotel was very clean - towels were changed and the bed was made up every day. The room and bathroom were fine, not too big but sufficient. Breakfast is basic but okay - although there were limited and monotonous breakfast options, e.g. no fresh vegetables. Good, free wi-fi.
Negative: Staff can't quite be described as hospitable (with the exception of a very nice lady serving at breakfast), and not everyone seems to speak English. Compared to the hospitality in other hotels visited in Liguria, the staff unfortunately lacks friendliness. Bed small and uncomfortable. Noisy in the room - all the noises of guests from other rooms, but also noises from outside - especially at night - probably from an outdoor AC unit or some other motor can be heard. The windows face directly onto the patio, so you can hear voices of people walking around, and also for privacy/safety it is necessary to keep the shutters closed, which makes the room a bit dark. Lack of lift and no fridge in the room. Poor value for money.

Positive: The location of the hotel was fantastic. Basically at the beach. Bonassola is much more cozy than other cities in Cinque Terre. The Staff were all very friendly and kind, though not all speak English. The room was very clean, spacious and had a balcony on the sea side.
Negative: I only can say that the breakfast could be much better to meet the other qualities of the hotel.
