Positive: Beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout. The garden and pool were lovely. The cook to order breakfast eggs and fresh coffee. Great view of cathedral too.
Negative: Parking was tricky when we arrived but it worked out in the end. The host has an arrangement with a nearby commercial parking garage.

Positive: Breakfast is really nice. Room all good. Location quiet. Staff are really pleasant. Nice walk to the Cathedral 10 mins max pending walkers pace. Nice bars local to the hotel and tapas? obviously cheaper than by main square. Mass was beautiful as always, at the Cathedral. We even got to see Botafumeiro swinging. Guided tour of Cathedral well worth the monies. Overall, it's a great location. And by the way, the sea food in restaurants is amazing 👏
Negative: The shower was fun entering and exiting. Ha ha . Due to design. But sill OK Don't bother on the mini train excursion,it basically takes you around the university campus. And not really informational to much in my view.

Negative: Bedroom was a bit small. It had a mezzanine but as a couple we didn’t use it. The shower room was small but adequate.

Positive: First and foremost I'd like to mention the amazing staff who made us feel extremely welcome. The location is very central, which you wouldn't guess from the perfectly quiet garden oasis. The breakfast is very fresh and has more options than I could even think of.
Negative: The only thing that bothered us was the poor sound isolation between the 1st and 2nd floor. Someone above us was walking around in their room early in the morning which unfortunately cut our night short. I'd recommend asking for a 2nd floor room to avoid this. This goes long the general build quality which could be slightly better (leaky shower door etc.).
Summary: Great hotel overall, would recommend to anyone!

Positive: Friendly and very helpful staff, clean rooms with nice design, amazing view. Beautiful building with lift and garden. Breakfast was also amazing with good selection of food, eggs made on request and very good coffee.
Negative: Noisy floorboards above my room. I was able to hear every step. No tea making facilities in the room, only coffee, however you can get tea with pastry at the reception for 2.5 euro.
