Positive: Lovely, reasonably priced hotel near great restaurants and opposite beautiful botanic gardens. Super clean, comfy beds and accommodating staff. Had a restaurant attached but didn’t use it. Very happy with our stay and would come back for sure.

Negative: Everything was exactly what we needed.

Summary: Great hotel in lovely area. Highly recommended!

Positive: Excellent location to walk the city.

Negative: We stayed in a room with a handicap accessible bathroom. This bathroom had a huge deficiency in counter space and towel hooks. The water from the shower ran all over the floor with the largest concentration immediately in front of the toilet and sink. There were not enough towels to wipe up the water.

Summary: We would ask to see a room before committing the $$ to stay here again.

Negative: Maybe better orientation on arrival, like being told how many bathrooms on each floor and what floor the kitchen was on etc. I had to figure that out myself.

Positive: Very cozy and nicely presented bedroom and friendly environment. Close to amenities and walking distance to the botanical garden.

Negative: Only downfall is we are disturbed by the noise of people from the hallway and the neighbouring occupants.
