Summary: Clean room very comfy, I could see sunrise from my window. No air conditionar but there was a fan. I was traveling in March so I didn't need the fan. Tidy and neat. Helpful staff.

Summary: Checking in was a breeze. Got to our room and there were no towels at all. Had dinner at The Pantry and we waited 30 minutes for a server to get our orders and another 30 minutes for our food. Breakfast was a nightmare. The Pantry was full so we were seated at Umu. Buffet food was limited and no fried rice. Talked to 3 servers about it and nothing. We end up walking to The Pantry to get rice and other food. The hotel is obviously understaffed.
