Summary: Booked the hotel due to spa however was not open due to cleaning. Shower head is not functioning how it supposed to and distributes water everywhere else but where it supposed to. Lose screws on the rail for the shower head as well as the glass cover for the bath tub. Sink smells. Pillow is hard like a stone. Gym is like a sauna and the lighting of it is very poor. Some equipment was broken. To high price in regards of the bad quality and not accessible spa. It seems like there is no investments going into maintenance

Summary: Great stay; peaceful and quiet part of Maribor, easily accessible. Friendly staff. Japanese style toilet in room. Clean and well designed.

Summary: Spa services were not available as advertised, facility was clean but bathroom plumbing had a strange smell. Water in the pool was not thermal and we couldn’t even make reservations for spa services, tried three times and employees were not even available. In a great location and rooms have good space but don’t go with the expectation of using the “wellness” facilities for much.

Summary: The hotel was a wonderful place to stay. Nestled in the mountains it had a real country feeling. Only problem we had was the temperature in the room was to warm and the hotel could not fix the problem.

Summary: We had a very nice time, the staff was excellent, the pool very very nice, and the room small but very nice. The description said washers and dryers in rooms. Untrue - laundry services are available, but at a high price. The shower has a half glass enclosure, and water can spray out if the water pressure is normal. That is why I believe our room had almost no water pressure in the shower. This was the most feeble shower we have experienced. Also, air conditioning is only in the new section of the hotel. Otherwise our stay was very nice and we would recommend.
