Summary: Really The hotel is in a beautiful position with gorgeous views of the mountains and valley plus lovely walks straight from the hotel. Our room was on the third floor (no lift) and was quite small with no en- suite bathroom and the double bed’s side was against the wall which made it difficult to get out of for one of us (ie me!) Also nowhere to put or hang clothes, not even a rack to put suitcases on. The staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was nice.

Summary: A cozy, clean and comfortable spot at an excellent location. The restaurant served gourmet food at reasonable prices featuring extraordinary views of the surrounding landscape. Excellent customer service starting with Manuel who was very helpful with planning local hikes. Highly recommended to anyone interested visiting the Lucerne/Pilatus area.

Summary: If it was upto me I would have given them 6 stars, had the most beautiful view with the best service. Exceptional breakfast, everything was so fresh. Came here for our anniversary and would recommend it to everyone!
