Positive: The breakfast menu was good and the food was tasty The location of this hotel is very nice and in the middle of the town center.
Negative: At breakfast we asked fried eggs without a runny yoke, which was confirmed by our waitress. Unfortunately, the yokes were very runny, which was dissapointing. The parking places were pretty far from the hotel, and i had to walk from the places to the hotel twice. When opening the hotel room window, the whole window fell out of it's frame.

Negative: Everything was more than satisfactory save for access which was not the hotel’s fault - but clearer signage and advance notice of street barring would be helpful . Navigation is not straightforward when the roads are forbidden to traffic !
Summary: Excellent location in a beautiful place . Staying overnight permits one to enjoy the town without the crowds

Positive: The location is perfect, and the staff members were all so friendly and helpful. They gave us restaurant recommendations and suggestions of sites to visit. On Mother’s Day I was presented with a beautiful rose to commemorate the day.
Negative: Since this is a very historic 3-story building please be aware that there is not an elevator, only stairs.

Positive: This was a wonderful Hotel to stay in within the Rothenburg Aldstat. The staff was responsive to questions, extremely friendly, and kind. The location was perfect and well within walking distance to all the sights within the town walls. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and I was very happy I could open the windows! The minibar was included, as was the breakfast - the croissants were delicious, the sausages, eggs, smoothie, fruit bowl, smoked salmon and more, was much more than I had expected to be included.
Negative: I didn't like that I only had one night booked to stay here due to our travels... Would have loved to spend so much more time here!
Summary: This has to be THE best place to stay in Rothenburg.

Positive: Great Location.Very atmosphärisch , we had Amaryllis Room which was lovely…. Great attentative Service from Mr Ceynik who catered to All our needs and also made really good recommendations for eating out in Rothenburg and walking Trips etc.

Positive: Staff was excellent, from the moment we checked in Cengiz the manager has done everything to make us comfortable and privilaged . Location and facilities were good. Breakfast was delicious.
Negative: Wifi reception was low. You need to wait 2 to 3 hours for the spa to be available in case it has not been used for a while.
Summary: A very good establishment in a good location with attentive staff.
