Positive: The location is very good. At a walking distance from the city centre and main restaurants. The trip from the airport is also fast, 20 minutes by car. The hotel has been renovated in the common areas but the rooms and spells the bathroom still need some improvement. The view is breathtaking, facing Pico Island from the room and from the breakfast dining room. Lovely the best view in town. The breakfast is very good, with a big variety of pastry, bread, cheese, eggs, fruit. We can’t ask for more. The staff is very very friendly, they treated us as we were old visitors. We made friends there among the staff. There a parking place to park for free. We are looking to come back.

Negative: Nothing major. Just to highlight that the rooms and bathroom deserve a renovation.

Positive: Room was clean, the location and the view of the port and Pico mountain are great. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.

Negative: Rooms are a bit outdated. At the booking I requested for a room with a double bed and received the message on booking that my request has been approved. When I got to the room it was a twin room (two single beds) and at the reception they told me that they are fully booked and there is no other option. It was not such a big deal, but still...

Negative: too much noise, you hear everything on your room. we wake up a 6h45 because or room was under the breakfast room and kitchen... (we also would like to share that the man at the receipt was really nice and joyful !)
