Summary: Amazing boutique hotel, right in the centre of Horta, with a beautiful view of Mount Pico. Very comfortable stay with air conditioning and small kitchen. Beds were very comfy. Would stay again!

Summary: Great location, clean, comfortable bed. Only issue was that there is no full time reception, at least in the off-season, so when I went to drop my bag off without notice, nobody was there. But they were very responsive and let me in quite quickly.

Summary: We stayed in the deluxe room, very spacious, clean and magnificent view of Pico and piers. Denise is very attentive and making sure we are well taking care of during our stay. Our room is on the 3rd floor of the building and there is an alley at the back of our room and we were able to park our car there and led us straight to our room.

Summary: Excellent! Got everything you need. Very comfortable, well equipped, clean. Very friendly staff, the shared kitchen is big and perfect space to share and chill out. I really liked our stay at Nereida. It is also very close to the famous Peters Sport Cafe and in front of the port whertle most of the tours depart from. I highly recommend it!

Summary: We stayed in the 3rd floor loft with a beautiful view of Pico volcano. It came with usual toiletries. Very nice accommodation with kitchen and small balcony.

Summary: I had an amazing stay. A great location for walking to the shops, restaurants or getting a taxi. My room was perfect! The pictures on the booking site don't do the room justice! Denise made my stay memorable and I will never forget her hospitality. She carried both my suitcases to the top floor, answered all of my questions, offered suggestions and even washed my dishes! A 40th birthday trip that will last a lifetime! Thank you Denise ❤️
