Positive: Cleanliness Hotel lobby and hallways were nicely decorated Ambler restaurant was very good Staff were friendly
Negative: The rooms need a few drawers. The bathroom lighting not bright enough. The shower floor is very slippery once you use soap and the grate or drainage square is right where you stand. It's dangerous because it shifts and causes you to slip and fall in shower. I hurt my right knee due to this and may need to see a physician. This is a very POOR design for a beautiful shower. Doesn't anyone test these things out?!

Negative: The cleaning cloths were not replenished, and the bathroom cabinet was obviously once damp, causing it to swell. It is unfortunate that there was no way to open the windows, as with three people in the room, there was definitely not enough fresh air in the morning to breathe comfortably

Negative: Staff were going through some corporate changes and were frustrated and taking their mood out on us. We booked 10 rooms for 5nights and jacqui ok reception was bring so rude about her -4 room count. We hadnt done anything but book rooms at the hotel to bring clients to our office. The staff frustrations then continued at the bar as the guy with the beaed twice was frustrated as we sat at the bar before be had wiped it telling us it was breaking a ‘code’ few nights latee was annoyed as we were using our free drink card and so instead we paid. I dont know what his problem was as we were kind
