Summary: The check in was average. Reception staff was aloof, not super friendly or helpful. The room looked newer. Everything was very clean. The A/C was super loud when it kicked on. There was no chair or seating in the room. There was a desk chair and the beds only. I was in for the evening so it would have been nice to have a comfy chair to sit in while watching the television. When I stated this to the reception staff he pretended he could not hear me. He probably should not be working the front desk.

Summary: The only issue was the TV. No smart TV or mirroring to watch Netflix. Also had no clue what was on the channels.

Summary: Nice hotel & nice surrounding area. The cleanliness could be a little better. Staff did inquire & respond quickly to requests. The food in the hotel needs improvement. The online menu is outdated about 3 yrs & the actual menu was mediocre.

Summary: The lobby and our room had a musty and moldy smell that gave me a headache. There was no air conditioning in the hallways. It was very noisy. We were far away from the elevators and could hear banging and slamming of furniture until after 11pm.

Summary: The hotel was very clean. The room was spacious and the staff was excellent. Michael the evening desk clerk was very professional and extremely helpful ! I was pleasantly surprised by the staff communication between shifts.
