Positive: Great location for the caves. The hotel is very clean and the rooms look brand new. Lovely friendly staff who looked after our every need. Lovely breakfast.

Negative: The restaurant menu didn’t suit us and seemed very expensive. No kettle in the room.

Positive: Beautiful location and building. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my conversations with the bartender and went every night just to see him. I believe his name was David. Breakfast was top notch with plenty of selection.

Negative: My first night there was a school related activity at the hotel apparently and was super noisy out and around the hotel. The bed in the room was a king which would have been nice but was two twin beds pushed together so it had a seem down the middle that was very uncomfortable. My last complaint is the distance from the parking lot to the main entrance.
