Positive: The rooms were excellent , very clean modern and quiet. We found the location faultless , right in the heart of things close to all transport and with many things easily walkable. Breakfast was great value a very well stocked buffet with the chef coming round with freshly made smoothies. Food was fresh and where appropriate hot. We could not fault it.
Negative: Nothing!
Summary: Exceptional city hotel in a great location with very helpful staff.

Positive: They were able to get me into my room early which I really appreciated. The breakfast was also terrific. I didn't use the pool but I went up to check it out and it looked nice. I was able to walk and walk and walk everywhere I wanted to go. Metro was nearby and a breeze to use.
Negative: Not much - my only complaints would be 1) I dislike when the shower doesn't enclose all the way - it was like a half-wall, and water goes everywhere. Why does anyone think that's a good design? 2) When I checked out I got a neutral response from the front desk lady. Not positive, not negative, but didn't ask how my stay was or anything. She seemed preoccupied with her computer. But hardly significant across three days of being there. Every other interaction - including the one at check-in - was great.
Summary: Loved it. Would book again.

Positive: Location, lift, extremely comfortable bed, efficient double glazing & air conditioning, rooftop pool & bar, great clean bathroom with bath & bidet.
Negative: Couldn’t get the safe to work. No bath plug. Rooftop bar closed at 10pm, would have liked another hour in midsummer.
