Positive: The location is a little isolated but that’s it’s beauty. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast was great!
Negative: I did request a quiet room but had a room facing the road, but it was quiet later in the evening.

Positive: Breakfast was a always superb. Fresh with good variety. Location next to the forest is wonderful. I highly recommend the Jerome when staying in this area.
Negative: Nothing that can be done now but one has to be careful negotiating the tight driveway. Not all rooms have Netflix which is this modern day seems odd.
Summary: The late evening receptionist was so helpful moving us to a room with Netflix. No fuss. A credit.

Positive: great team, warm friendly and personal hotel. windows open so can enjoy fresh air
Negative: i wish there was access to water / snacks after 22:00. i was on a work trip and not usually back to the hotel until after 23:00 and could not access the complimentary water or fruits. and the basic rooms do not have any tea/kettle facilities (at the price point, this could be included in all rooms)

Positive: Location (my room was at the back of the hotel). Excellent breakfast
Negative: Self-service bar closed at 22.00. Too early if you still want some tea or a drink in the evening No tea/coffee facility in the room.
