Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The only problems we had were the same breakfast options each day & we were there 10 days. Also, we had trouble with the remote control on tv. It seem to have a short & was difficult in changing channels or adjusting sound. The only other problem was short staff the second time we had dinner in restaurant & we had invited friends to join us. The staff was very nice but took around 2 hours to be served. But the hotel & restaurant were lovely & we would probably stay again, hopefully with these issues being resolved.

Summary: Excellent late check in. Super friendly and helpful. Made sure we got a drink at the bar. Breakfast super fresh and good choice. I will return.

Summary: My sister and I stayed back in 2017 and really enjoyed our stay. Generally this time we enjoyed our stay. The manager in the afternoon and evening was wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. The Lady who was in charge in the morning with curly hair was not so nice or helpful. We were disappointed that the hotel shut after breakfast, so you were unable to purchase a drink or speak to any management. Surely a hotel should be open 24/7 for guests! The rooms were looking a bit tired and in dire need of air conditioning.

Summary: the hostess is a wonderful lady, we arrived late at night after the dead line for checking in and she waited for us patiently with a smile and welcoming drinks, as if we are family members that we haven't met in a long time. and the breakfast is a very generous breakfast and all is fresh.

Summary: Excellent hotel on the N1 road north of Brasschaat. Clean and modern room. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Friendly staff. Free on site parking. Good on site restaurant. Highly recommended.
