Summary: Very nice and helpful staff. The hotel restaurant was unfortunately closed for dinner during our 3 day stay, but there are many restaurant in the close vicinity to choose from.

Summary: The staff was so warm and welcoming. Everyone we encountered was amazing - from the front desk to the concierge. We just stoped over for a night and glad we chose this location over the pretentious and overpriced sister hotel Belles Rives.

Summary: The hotel its self was great. Parking was easy with valet service. Rooms were spacious and bed comfy However the woman at the front desk was very rude. We asked for towels to go the pool and beach and was charged for them. I have travelled all over world and have never been charged for pool/beach towels. When I ask why she couldn’t give me a reason and very rude. I was also disappointed when we checked out We were a group of 10, everyone else in our party had water and a nice goodbye note in their cars but we didn’t. I really like the hotel but felt the service poor because of the woman at the front desk.
