Positive: Staff were very helpful - spoke good English, booked me a taxi to get to the airport super early and put some early breakfast out for me. Having the sauna and gym is amazing. Short walk to the centre. Good breakfast selection. Nice rooms.

Negative: The process to access the gym is quite complicated. The restaurant wasn't open for dinner either night I was there, which was bad luck.

Summary: Comfortable stay and a good base for visiting Kajaani.
