Positive: Very accomodating owner. We parked car in their secure parking lot while hiking. We were delayed with the hike in Colca canyon and arrived late in the accomodation. The owner still gave us the option to order dinner despite being after kitchen closing time. We also got free upgrade. Breakfast was great. Hot shower after the long hike

Positive: The manager was exceptionally friendly. He helped us to find places to eat and fun things to do. He also arranged an impromptu horse ride, which was extremely fun and appreciated.
Negative: The only thing I didn't like was that the hotel was on a hill, but there really isn't much to do about that. No negative experiences!
Summary: It was an amazing hotel stay that I would recommend
