Summary: Nothing to say, everything was perfect except the management of the deckchairs ( transats) at the beach which was a bit chaotic. Needs improvement.

Summary: Could be such a great hotel. Nice room. Good location. Nice breakfast - Omar was very helpful. But check in was awful. Male receptionist rude & incompetent. Had to watch him argue with staff then grudgingly take us to a room. Then decide it wasn’t ready. Then run away. Then get an equally unfriendly guy from the office who offered no help. Then a third person came & room changed twice more. Gave us no information & laughed when we enquired about a lift to get bags upstairs. Some staff training is urgently needed for reception staff.

Summary: The hotel is really nice. Nice room and clean bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful. The dinner was delicious, breakfast very simple, but ok.
