Positive: This was such a lovely find on our way back home to Pugla from the UK. Such a comfortable hotel with extremely friendly staff who made you feel so welcome even our 4 legged friend who was travelling with us. Such a dog friendly hotel. Just afew steps away from the lido where we found a lovely restaurant also dog friendly. A very rainy stay so we will definately be back to stay at this hotel once again and explore Genoa when it's better weather. Thank you La Capannina

Positive: The location is good, the staff is super super friendly and more than ready to make your stay better. Street parking is difficult, private parking available (15€ per night). Clean.

Negative: The hotel is not easily accessible, the price is nowhere reasonable on what you get on return. The bathroom is really really small, if you're taller than 190, it's really difficult to take a shower. If you're with a car, its difficult to get to the hotel (really narrow street). -The breakfast is a story on it's own, it's one of the poorest breakfast on a 100€+ hotel I've ever eaten. Highly recommend to make some improvements.

Summary: Wouldn't recommend for the price, choose something else.

Positive: The staff is particularly nice and flexible, they were all very accommodating and available. The location is perfect and the price is very competitive.

Negative: Cleanliness and the state of the facilities are not amazing, the price is very low so I was not expecting 5 star amenities but some efforts on the cleanliness are much needed.
