Positive: Staff was very pleasant. Facilities were basic, yet very clean and accommodating. Short walk to Formigine and easy access to Modena and Maranello. Stayed here for the Memorial Enzo Ferrari half-marathon. As the road from the hotel to Maranello is closed on the lead up to the race, be aware that you won't be able to get a bus to the start of the event.
Negative: Nothing negative to write about my stay. Fantastic value for money and everything was very well taken care of.
Summary: Friendly staff, clean and affordable stay, would definitely recommend.
