Positive: Location is 11/10. Amazing place, not too far from the beach or the city center. The beach is great. Nice staff.
Negative: Food was good (not spoiled), but max 5/10. They served almost the same thing every meal (you cant eat more than 3 days there, you will get borred). Rooms were small and kinda ugly for "superior twin room" at a 4☆ hotel. It was clean, but not the best, i'd say 8/10 and the aspect 6.5/10. Not many activities. Inner pool was ugly and small, almost no chairs, not worth. Outer pools were ok tho.

Positive: 1. The Garda lake — water was clean and relatively calm, nice to swim. But probably would be even more enjoyable for kite and wind surfers. 2. And the view on the lake from many rooms is great. 3. They allow dogs, there’s even a dedicated dining area in their lobby next to the restaurant for people with dogs. 4. The food was good, many options, we liked it.
Negative: In no particular order: 1. Loud music till 22:00, often rap with explicit lyrics, and the hotel was full of children at the moment 2. Everywhere on the territory is allowed to smoke. Oftentimes anywhere outside it would smell of tabacco, visitors would smoke near pools, on the beach, etc. Great for smokers, unpleasant and uncomfortable for non-smokers like us. 3. Rooms are worn out — damaged walls, with signs of quick patching, mold on silicone in bathrooms, worn out sanitary equipment. 4. Room cleaning could’ve been better, visible dirt after a cleaning round. 5. Most of the facilities are also worn out or damaged, like mini golf — most of it was in cracks, or deformed.
Summary: We enjoyed as much as we could, but the four stars are here mostly for the lake view. Probably won’t come back.
