Summary: My friend and I stayed on the 4th floor. The room was not soundproof at all—you could hear other guests constantly. The heating pipes were extremely noisy and made it hard to rest. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful. We were given insufficient towels, and when we asked for hair towels, they brought the wrong ones. The minibar was empty, there were no proper toiletries, and the shampoo and soap were cheap, half-empty bottles with broken lids.

Summary: The staff were lovely. The room was a bit old fashioned and the mattress was very hard.

Summary: Good hotel, about 30 minute walk from Verona's historic bits. Worked well for us. There was nothing wrong with the bathroom, but have had better at lower star rating. Was able to leave car after checkout so could explore city on foot
