Summary: We loved our stay in Belmar and this house was perfect for our needs. Both grown ups and children had enough space and the house is beautiful. 10 minute walk to the beach was manageable and made better by having a beach locker/badges available. Hope to visit again!

Summary: We loved staying at this Belmar house. The pictures do not do it justice! Lorraine and Adam are perfect hosts and made us feel very comfortable in the home. They had many little touches that made such a difference! The house has everything you need and is very clean. We loved the porches! Another plus --the beach locker! It is very convenient. The walk to the beach is just a few short blocks but when we got lazy we drove and had no problem parking. It is a great house in a convenient location. We really enjoyed our stay!

Summary: We just spent two weeks enjoying Belmar and this property. We have family in the area and visit often, and this is far and away the nicest house we've stayed in. It's spacious and light and has literally everything you might need. The kitchen is very well-stocked with dishes and cookware as well as some staples, and the hosts provide beach towels, badges, blankets, beach bags, yard toys, bikes, you name it. They have truly thought of everything. The house is located in a very quiet part of Belmar, close to the beach and a park as well as the shopping and restaurants of Main Street. We can't wait to stay here again next year!

Summary: This is a great new and modern home that surpassed all expectations for cleanliness and comfort. The owners have equipped this rental with everything one would need. The location was great being about halfway between the beach and town center. We especially enjoyed the chiefs kitchen for cooking and the wonderful porches for relaxing. We would definitely return to this home in the future.
