Summary: Very nice and comfortable hotel right in the heart of old Basel. The staff was awsome, super friendly, fluent in english. Breakfast was perfect, lots of options. Our junior suite was great. The bed, pillows and comforter were super confi. Overall a great stay worthy of a return trip in the future.

Summary: Best hotel experience I've had in my life. And I'm 54 years old so I've been in a lot of hotels. It's not just that the hotel itself is incredible, the staff went above and beyond my expectations every day. If I return to Basel I will definitely stay at this hotel and not even look for another one

Summary: The room was very warm, but the staff provided us with summer blanket and a fan which truly helped get us through the night. The staff was very helpful with directions to tram, restaurants provided a dry bag for floating down the river ride, which was exceptionally fun

Summary: Stayed for one night after a river cruise on the Rhine. Helpful friendly staff on reception, comfortable room. Had a roof top terrace with lovely views where you could drink your own wine or purchase from the restaurant.

Summary: The location was great! The staff were friendly and accomodating. Very nice hotel! We overslept since we'd had a huge travel day, and although we were late checking out, the staff were very understanding and didn't charge us extra.
