Summary: The staff at the front desk was very helpful; let me pay the following day after I had gone to a bank (hotel does not take credit cards) and ordered me a taxi for an early morning departure. My room was small but the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The bathroom was large and also very clean. Lots of bath towels were provided. Several previous reviews mention noise, but I found it very quiet even on Easter Sunday. It is one block to a lovely, sandy beach and about 3 blocks to a street with several good restaurants/coffee bars. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers and would happily stay at this hotel again.

Summary: Return visit. Clean, warm good WiFi great position. Only criticism couldn’t turn air con off. Blowing air all night. Good value for money

Summary: Nice Hotel, nice friendly staff, particularly a young Moroccan waiter who spoke the best English and provided excellent bar service and a few laughs. Hotel spotlessly clean in all areas - both public and bedrooms. Room we had was small and adequate but bathroom required contortionist skills to get in the shower as you had to get over the loo to get in it................provided us with loads of laughs and no serious injuries. Air conditioning worked well but could be a bit noisy at times but nothing keeps me awake after sea air and a couple of beers. Biggest problem was the smell of drains which occasionally wafted through and I genuinely don't think this was down to the hotel as the smell on occasion permeated the whole town....................we got used to it and most locals did not seem to notice so perhaps just us being picky

Summary: Having showed us to our room we complained that the double bed was very small so, without hesitation, we were given an alternative room that was more to our Liking. For the money this was a very good hotel with aircon in bedroom, and very comfy beds.

Summary: Nice street hotel close to beach, a little noisy at times and lacked additional facilities such as tea/coffee in the room but on the whole a pleasant stay and staff were very helpful.

Summary: Other peoples hairs on the bedding. Someone (saying he lived there!) shouting and banging on doors in the middle of the night. Food not the best. Polite and friendly staff. Good selection of free toiletries. Cheap.

Summary: Fabulous value at this little gem of a hotel in lovely Santiago de Ribera. Spotlessly clean, helpful staff, nice room with fridge, large flat screen tv, no English channels but husband enjoyed the footie! Super position handy for beach, shops & restaurants. Hotel restaurant was disappointing, but plenty of places to eat. Will definitely come back.
