Please come and spend your holidays in complete safety and all peace in this amazing villa in the warmest and safest region of Spain.
No car needed. Near to beaches, luxurious and modern new villa for 2 at 8 adults of 1615 sq ft (150 m²), south facing, one level, entirely independent, enclosed and wonderful garden of 6500 sq ft (600 m²), very large private heated pool (10 m x 4 m). The heating of the pool will be programmed at 28° in off-season (with an additional cost between €150 and €220/week depending the season). A large ping pong table will also be at your disposal in the garden.
The property is located in the peaceful upmarket Spanish Town of Santiago De La Ribera, situated on the Costa Calida, between Alicante & Cartagena, just 25 minutes from the Brand New International Airport Murcia Region (RMU) and 45mn from Alicante airport (ALC).
Blessed by a Mediterranean climate, there are around 315 days of sun per year. Just a 10 min stroll (500m) from the sandy beaches, as well as many restaurants, bars and food shops (Lidl, Aldi, Spar, Mercadona...) all just a short walk away. Golfs at 5 kms.
This spacious open plan villa, boasts a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, large fridge freezer and coffee machine (Nespresso), large dining area and living room with a 55 inch Smart TV with English channels and DVD player.
Free Superfast Fibre Optic Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the Villa.
- 4 large double bedrooms: 2 with king size (180x200), 1 with queen size (160x200), 1 with 2 single beds (90x190).
(Travel cot, baby bath, playpen and high chair available on request)
- In the living room, a sofa bed (140x190).
- 2 bathrooms with each a very large walk-in shower including one with a washing machine and a dryer.
You can take your meals outdoors or you will also find a outdoor kitchen with a very large gas plancha. To enjoy the sun and for your comfort, 8 sun loungers with parasols and pergolas are at your disposal around the very large private heated pool with an solar shower.
For convenience there is a small bathroom with toilet and washbasin near the pool.
A hire car is not necessary but if you do have cars, they can be parked (2) inside the property, on the side of the villa.
The property also has an alarm system and 2 safes to deposit your valuables and in order to allow you to lighten your luggage as much as possible, all the linen is provided, sheets, towels as well as Beach towels. We have done our utmost to ensure you have a great sunny holiday and feel at home and in total security. The keys will be handed to you on site by the owners who live 2 km from the villa and who will be at your disposal during your stay in case of need.

Summary: We had the most wonderful Christmas getaway. Even before our stay, the hosts were incredibly helpful, promptly answering all our questions and ensuring we had all the information we needed. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail truly set the tone for a fantastic holiday.The villa itself was perfect—warm, cozy, and so comfortable, even during the winter months. Everything was so well thought out, creating a relaxing and homely atmosphere for our families, with plenty of space for all eight of us.The children absolutely loved the pool and made the most of it every single day. It was a real highlight for them and kept them happily entertained throughout our stay.We couldn’t recommend this villa more highly and are so grateful for such a memorable holiday. Thank you to the wonderful hosts—we hope to return again soon!

Summary: We highly recommed this lovely villa and the hosts Marie and Franck. The villa is incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean and has all the home comforts you need. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms and living areas are comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. The highlight of this villa is the outside space. There is a comfortable seating area and lots of sunbeds for everyone to enjoy in shade or sun, depending on your preference. The pool is fantastic and with the pool heating we were able to enjoy swimming from early morning to late evening. The villa is in a peaceful location, but perfectly located for a short stroll to the beach, with several bars and restaurants in close vicinity. Within a short drive there are lots of other small towns which are all very pleasant to stroll around and enjoy the various markets that are on. We didn't venture further afield but larger towns such as Murcia and Cartagena are also fairly close so lots to see and do. Marie and Franck are excellent hosts and were very responsive when we had queries or questions. We had an amazing holiday and hope to return very soon!

Summary: I couldn’t rate this villa any more highly. Amazing pool kept our children happy all day from the morning till the evening. Some days we only went out for lunch/dinner and otherwise stayed in enjoying the outdoor space or watching a movie etc. This is home from home. Nothing is too much trouble and if ever needed owner is very quick to response back. Kitchen has everything you need and the small touches like washing tabs and dishwasher tablets etc made the stay very easy. Location is great, quiet but still shops, beach and restaurants near by. Weekly market also close by which we enjoyed.We are definitely hoping to come back and this time longer.

Summary: We have recently returned from what can only be considered as a truly unforgettable experience. This was made possible by not only the Villa but also the level of attention, care, communication and professionalism by Marie and Franck. They were dream hosts and couldn't ask for anymore. The welcome basket to immediate response ensured our holiday was the success it was. What a truly stunning villa whereby the photos do not do it justice. Absolutely everything you could think of was present and more. The highlight of the Villa was the 10m swimming pool. What an absolute delight and perfect temperature to cool you down from the Spanish Sun. Location was great as didn't require a car to the beach (10 min walk) or Aldi (10 min walk). I couldn't recommend this Villa and hosts enough and I'm very confident you will make the right choice in choosing this stunning Villa.

Summary: The Villa was perfect for us. There were 7 of us aged between 1 and 81 and we had everything we needed, all appliances are of a high standard. The location is great too, not a tourist hot-spot but plenty of good bars and restaurants. Everyone loved the pool which seemed to be the perfect size.

Summary: Stayed for 11 nights in July. Nice and clean house that meests expectations from pictures and decription fully. Very helpfull and nice hostes - Marie and Franck. Many shopping posibilities in the area and a short walk for aboute 10 minuts to the beach. Would recommend to everyone.

Summary: This villa is fantastic. Spacious, light and airy with so many touches to make it comfortable. I don't think we've ever had a better equipped villa. And the pool is wonderful. Not many places have pools as big. Marie and Franck were the best hosts. Marie even gave us a lift to our next stay. We are definitely looking to return.
