Summary: They deserve all the stars in the world! Absolutely FANTASTIC staff!!! Everyone from the housekeeping to restaurant crew to the front desk folk were incredibly kind, next level helpful and genuine! Spacious room & bathroom, nice view, great water pressure, espresso in your room! We especially loved Dubo & Maria from the front desk. It felt like we were being hosted by friends who really cared ! They were beyond exceptional! Wonderful abundant breakfast! Vegan & vegetarian options, delicious espresso and even mimosas! Relaxing classy cigar room! Truley an elevated amazing experience! One of the best hotel stays we ever had! Thank you to everyone who works here! : )

Summary: The included breakfast was absolutely fabulous. A wonderful way to start the day. However the greatest asset at the hotel is the staff. Each and every one of them went above and beyond the call of duty to be helpful. Be aware that the hotel is inaccessible by car. You will be dropped off and have to walk a couple of blocks pulling your suitcase, but it’s no big deal! Just get good directions as to how to make the walk without wasted steps.

Summary: Very polite & efficient staff. Stayed late to ensure we were looked after. Room was immaculate and very big. Good quality bed linen and towels. Sun terrace was lovely. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh food , presented well. Plenty of choice. Staff went above and beyond to help us find our way the next morning.

Summary: The breakfast was more extensive than I expected, including eggs, speciality coffees , such as cappuccino and fresh pastries. The rooms were very clean, modern. I would highly recommend this hotel. It's a central location was perfect

Summary: Excellent location, amazing staff and wonderful breakfast. The staff helped us with a tour. Jen was an excellent tour guide and our Driver Elia was amazing. I highly recommend both of them!
