Summary: No ketle and coffee in the room. To bad every other hotel has that. It is a very used hotel, water has problems leaving the zink and bath.

Summary: There are many small things, that don't match a 4 star hotel. In my opinion it is a 2 star hotel. I think the management is bad, because so many things don't work proberly. Watching a football game in Rai1 is mor possible because the pictures hang every 3 seconds. The personnell don't know how to get bus tickets. Thete are no cups at 7:30 available for breakfast. There are no don't disturb tags, therefore the cleaning personell is stepping in many times. Because of the old shape of the hotel you still use a key.

Summary: Wish I had been there longer than 1 night. Good location, quiet on outskirts of verona which bus stops close by. Nice breakfast, big comfy room, with bed side lamps.
