Positive: Everything - our 3rd stay here. Breakfast is first class. The rooms are spacious with great AC, comfortable bed and a small fridge for waters etc. The restaurant on the ground floor is probably our favourite in Bardolino and is very well priced. Location to the town is great - 10min walk or so.
Negative: The only issue is if you have a car hired and you leave during the day, you will struggle to get parked again in the evening due to the restaurant’s popularity.
Summary: 10/10 - will be back (again)

Positive: Great food at breakfast, very helpful staff to coordinate taxis, free bike loans, they even packed us a to-go breakfast when we had to check out at 5:30AM!
Negative: The AC in the room was a little bit temperamental - it cooled down the room but was difficult to maintain a constant temp so we kept blankets nearby when we slept.
Summary: Lovely stay on Lake Garda with good food and very accommodating staff and quiet pool!

Positive: The location was great, and the hotel itself was nice, really funky decor, which was lovely. They also offered free bike hire, which is a lovely touch. The gentlemen on reception was very kind.
Negative: The bed was super uncomfortable. We struggled to get a good sleep. The room we were assigned was very dark and depressing, I did request to be moved, but this wasn't possible, which was a shame as the other rooms looked 100% better than the dark one we were in. It also had a shared balcony / terrace, meaning kids were coming to our door given low privacy.

Positive: Rooms very clean and the cleaners were lovely!!! Clean towels every day. Restaurant has lovely food, especially the pizzas. Pool was clean and accessible. There was a fab man on the reception (think he was a manager) he was lovely and very accommodating.
Negative: The air con is set and isn’t any use in summer months. Far too hot and uncomfortable. Rooms very small. Although it’s clear the shower is not separate it’s not very practical. Lunch is served until 14:30- but closed randomly!!! So some days not available with no reason. There is also no bar snacks as advertised. So if you’re by the pool and want to eat it’s hit or miss. Other than one staff member and the cleaners the rest are quite rude especially the lady who runs the restaurant/allocates tables. The location isn’t ideal in hot summers- it’s a fair walk to bardolino (not their fault just for information).
Summary: It was very clean but I would chose other hotels next time.
