Two condominium pools, one large and one for children open from 01 May to 30 September. The house has a kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, induction cooker complete with dishes and pots. Living room with sofa, LED TV with TvSat and decoder and WiFi.

Summary: The holiday house was very clean and big enough for a family. The garden is great for the kids and for grilling sessions😅. You are near to bardolino and lazise. A playground is 5 minutes to walk. We can really recommend this holiday place. 🌺🌸

Summary: First of all, Giorgio and his wife are lovely people who gave us a very warm welcome - despite arriving late. We also were given a lovely bottle of local rose and some of the family olive oil. The place itself was fabulous - we were just a couple and didn't use the other bedroom. The whole villa was immaculately clean and tidy, The beds comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped - I like to cook. We tried the communal pool but, it was too cold for me - September!! What we really liked was the shower in the garden which has been cleverly hooked up to the cold AND hot water supply. When the air temperature was too hot (yes it was) we were able to cool down using the garden shower rather than going to the pool. (There is also a communal children's pool). This villa is in it's own secure compound contained within a larger compound -access by keypad (easy peasy) - the smaller villa compound was accessed by a key/lock arrangement - 2 gates - 1 for pedestrians and 1 for the car. This property is ideal as a base for exploring all of the local area - literally 5 minutes from Bardolino and about the same from Lazise (a MUST see) but, we went further afield to the NE and the South of Lake Garda. I would suggest that you MUST see Calmasino - lovely place to walk around - we had 2 lovely meals out here. There is also a tremendous bakery/deli/mini market - all you need within 5-8 minutes walk from this villa. We had a marvellous time and I would not hesitate to recommend this property.
