Positive: Everything was clean and in good condition.

Negative: The check in was complicated and took a long time, the breakfast must be ordered in advance and was not "up to date" according to usual hotel standards. My room was very small, the bathroom was so small that there was not even some space to put my hygiene bag somewhere, the whole bathroom was nice and made of marble but in the shower the floor was therefore extremely slippery. There was a TV in my room but I gave up after 15 min trying to switch it on. After 9 pm the reception is closed and nobody in the hotel anymore. At the car park was a construction side and I was afraid that the car is getting damaged, thank god, nothing happened.

Summary: The stay was ok but I expected really more.

Positive: Breakfast was good, although expensive for Slovakia at 15 euros. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful during my whole stay. They allowed me to keep my bags in a secure location on the last day so I could come back and collect later. Keycard access to the front door was convenient during the evenings when reception was closed. Nice clean room, comfortable bed and good shower.

Negative: Expensive (for Slovakia) breakfast at 15 euros. No lift, I had a 25kg bag plus hand luggage and had to carry it all up 3 flights of stairs to the top floor and back down again at the end of my stay. No iron / ironing board in the room or available in whole hotel! I was told I should request this the day before I need my shirt ironed then the laundry staff / cleaner would iron my shirt... I had an event to attend on Saturday evening and didn't anticipate that no iron would be available.

Summary: Very comfortable and good value for money, close to the sports hall where I was attending an event.
