Summary: Easy access to the downtown area. Our room had a great view with a balcony and very clean! The staff was ver friendly and welcoming.

Summary: We had a 30 day trip. This hotel had the best view. Our room was clean and quiet. The bed was a little lumpy and the cover were a little rough. Otherwise this is a place we would stay at again. The pool was beautiful. Dinner in the dining room was adequate . Breakfeast was good.

Summary: The Mercedes is a great Hotel. The Pool with a view over Lake Garda is just amassing. The breakfast, which has lots of choices, is just perfect. We started every day sitting outside enjoying the view and having great food and coffee for breakfast. We had Dinner at the Hotel Restaurant once and the Food and Wine were just awesome. The Staff at the entire Hotel is friendly and always there to help. We will be back on our next Italy vacation and stay a couple of days longer at this great Hotel.

Summary: Great property. Great team and service. Great localization and astonishing view. You feel like family. I never expected such a high standard and quality from a 3 star Hotel. Definitively can beat many 5 stars Hotels.

Summary: A fantastic stay! Very friendly staff and the images do not do the view of the like justice! Simpelt amazing and we wonder why this hotel only has 3 stars. Fully recommendable!

Summary: All the hotel staff made our stay amazing and warm. They treated us in a very professional manner. All of them were great people, either the ones in the reception or in the restaurant. All of them were smily and they serve you cheerfully. I really like this hotel which is really clean and well organized. The room was spacious with a balcony with an amazing sceneray view over the lake. In conclusion, I felt like at home because of hotel management and the staff
