Summary: What a surprise! We didnt expect the staff to be so nice. Room was lovely with an amazing view. The staff went out of their way to get me a gluten free breakfast. 100% recommend. Location was perfect. Everything was perfect about this hotel

Summary: Milano & Spa is perfectly located - right in the heart of Verona, yet still peaceful. It was spotless throughout, and the service was outstanding. Every member of staff, from reception to the terrace bar, went out of their way to make our stay special. The rooms are stunning, with beautiful, decor that made it feel like a luxury escape. One of the standout highlights was the rooftop jacuzzi, which is free for guests to use. Sipping a drink while overlooking the Roman arena was the perfect way to unwind - absolutely breathtaking. I loved this hotel and would come back in a heartbeat. The staff are a real credit to the hotel, nothing was too much trouble. They even made sure we had fresh water for our onward journey

Summary: Our stay at this hotel was a wonderful surprise. From the welcome and valet parking to the helpful, friendly staff! It is perfectly situated for exploring beautiful Verona after partaking of the delicious breakfast spread. The room was bijou but had many extras to make it very comfortable. It truly is pet friendly- especially with gorgeous Mia in the foyer waiting to greet the guests. We will be back!

Summary: Amazing stay in Verona. Everything was perfect.. I was greated on arrival and my luggage was taken care off promptly. The room was fantastic, very comfortable and clean. Rooftop restaurant offers unforgettable views and excellent choice of food and drinks. Location could not have been better. Upon checking out they ordered my taxi and served the morning coffee while I was waiting. There is nothing to complain about. I will certainly come back.

Summary: The staff was amazing and very helpful. The hotel is located right next to the arena with a rooftop terrace. This is only 1 min. Walk to The Bra area
