Summary: I stayed here for a couple nights in Dec and this may have contributed to the disappointing stay. The reason for the lower star score include - Location is a little isolated and I didn't have a car, so there's limited options for food or things to do. Fortunately, the restaurant across the street was good and reasonably priced. I ate here for all my dinners, which was not ideal. - Room was nicely sized and had most of the normal items for hotels in this area such as water pot, safe for passports or valuables, and shampoo/soap, but no conditioner (so be sure to bring your own). The bed was very firm and I didn't sleep well. Lastly, the water temperature was problematic and one morning I took a luke warm shower. One positive is the breakfast as it was nice being able to sit at the window overlooking the beach. Very nice variety with cold meats, cheese, juices, and hot food such as eggs and bacon. Overall, I was a little disappointed. Perhaps it's a better option in the warm summer season.

Summary: Beautiful breakfast buffet. Hotel is clean and modern. Courteous staff. Great spot close to pier with lots to see and the hotel next door has an interesting night time pub and music scene. Great spot.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Miramare. The location was wonderful and the staff were so friendly. The room was comfortable and had a balcony overlooking the sea. The shower was TINY and there was only a hand-held nozzle. It wasn't terrible, but it also wasn't the most relaxing. The AC in the room is restricted and can only be lowered to 24 (if I remember correctly). We were there during a heat wave and would have liked for it to be cooler. Beach access was $20 a day. Parking was free, Great location! Definitely recommend.
