Summary: The staff was wonderful in helping us with our questions to find locations connected to our heritage. And we enjoyed the recommendations for local restaurants right there on the same street. We definitely would stay there again!

Summary: Great location right next to the Guggenheim and walkable to countless restaurants and shops. Very friendly and helpful staff and a nice, comfortable lobby. The room was clean, quiet and mostly comfortable, though the bed was a little springy. Would stay there again.

Summary: The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself is lovely, clean and in a good location. Loved the honesty bar and lounge area. Our room was a decent size but did not have a view of any sort the windows were opaque and it felt much like we were in a dungeon- no natural light to speak of. That part was very disappointing. The bed and pillows were very hard - not to my liking. Bilbao is a lovely town. Very much enjoyed our time in the city.
