Summary: The staff was wonderful in helping us with our questions to find locations connected to our heritage. And we enjoyed the recommendations for local restaurants right there on the same street. We definitely would stay there again!

Summary: The staff were amazing! Kind and attentive and allowed an early check-in. The room itself was excellent- clean, comfortable and lots of amenities. I enjoyed a relaxing bath with bath salts provided, in addition to an exfoliating mat. Lastly, the location is perfect, across from the Guggenheim museum and 1 block from the tram station. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Summary: Although the staff were very good the hotel was somewhat to be desired. Bathroom was weird - bathroom sink had opening through the wall into the bedroom part separated by a curtain. The breakfast was a total rip off - so over priced - 2 eggs, 1 small piece of toast, 4 spinach leaves and 2 cherry tomatoes with coffee was just over 20 Euros. Really close to the Guggenheim but generally overpriced for what you got
