Positive: Great facilities and close to main chair lifts/ski area. Food was superb and staff very friendly
Negative: Rooms were very hot at night and unless you opened balcony door (which in our case took you to a shared balcony), there were no windows to cool room down. Despite turning radiator down, the room was still very warm so we didn’t sleep that well.
Summary: Would definitely return and recommend!

Positive: Excellent location with access to all three valleys right from the hotel. Nice cozy hotel with excellent staff. Would definitely come back here again.
Negative: Only quibble is breakfast needs more variety.

Positive: Lounge was lovely, food was very good Breakfasts were good and the staff were mostly excellent. The boot room and the walk to our room were both a little scruffy and could do with an upgrade. The bath/shower arrangement wasn't great and we would prefer and stand up shower/curtain arrangement.
Negative: As above. Just a few upgrades. Also didn't like the pricing in the lounge...a Gin was €14...and that I can handle but the price of the accompanying tonic was outrageous. Finally, I brought a rental car and although your website (from memory) said there was parking, they didn't say it was €30 a day, which is too much, at the very least this should be disclosed on the website.
Summary: Overall, a very nice hotel in a nice ski area, if all a little expensive.

Positive: The location is absolutely perfect for skiing. Practically ski-in, ski-out. The rooms are clean, very comfortable beds. Service is impeccable, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Decent breakfast. Excellent price/value combination. Stayed in this hotel 9 years in the raw, will definitely stay again.
