Summary: Conveniently placed in the centre of town however, one of the two rooms we booked was claustrophobic (107). Also the towels smelled sour, vinegar. This was the 2nd time we booked this hotel. It was fine the 1st time, but very disappointing the 2nd time. Need to keep an eye on their laundry service.

Summary: Reception staff were impeccable...room was clean and was attended by uniformed house staff....can't see any flays ...would recommend this hotel 5 star.

Summary: Staff is very friendly and highly professional! I didn't find my room very comfortable since it was close to the cleaning centre (so a bit noisy), and the safe in the room made loud noise too, the toilet button was damaged. All in all, it's a good hotel. I wish they had an option without breakfast too, since it's pretty much the same every day. Can recommend.

Summary: The hotel was in perfect location, central to everything we wanted to see. We arrived early, which wasn't a problem for them, we were hoping we could just drop our bag's off and check on later, but everything was ready for us. Really friendly staff, one of the young girls helped us with the busses for our onward journey. The apartment was spotlessly clean, it had everything you needed to cook a meal, we didn't as we only stayed two nights, but very impressed with what was there. The breakfast was really lovely, more than enough to choose from. When we are next in Santa Pola, we will definitely stay here again
