Summary: Lift wasn't working correctly, since door not shutting on ground level, I waited 5 mins on the 4th floor and them walked down (with a bad ankle). The lift thing happened twice.

Summary: The hotel has an absolutely unbelievable breakfast! We totally enjoyed the variety of food, different cream cheeses and jams, and a winner of all - German bread of various kinds. My husband and I especially appreciated smoked salmon and white smoked fish for breakfast. It's too bad we only had a 1-night stay due to our itinerary plans.

Summary: I have regularly stayed in this hotel in Dusseldorf. The rooms are always clean. The room I stayed in had a balcony. Check in was quick, despite only making the booking about 10 minutes prior to arrival. The breakfast is always the highlight with a large choice of dishes, despite the hotel have a small number of rooms.

Summary: I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Everything was exceptional, extremely clean, had an elevator and parking options on site. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly. The breakfast was very very good, home made jams, bacon, eggs, sausages and many more things offered. I would stay here again when I return to Duesseldorf.
