Summary: The sun beds are dangerous. I tipped right over head into the bushes. Banged my head and bruised elbows. My brother-in-law also did the same and we saw this happen to 2 other people.

Summary: Excellent hotel enjoyed every minute of our stay The staff are so friendly and accommodating The breakfast is so good and we had dinner two nights which was very good The room was very clean and a great size Could not fault our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Bardolino

Summary: We had a lovely stay at this hotel with friends to celebrate our big birthdays. Great location, super staff and lovely clean facilities. Overall a wonderful hotel in Lake Garda.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The room itself was good in terms of size and amenities but the furnishings were either not to our taste or slightly dated. The bathroom perfectly clean. The balcony wasn't quite as clean which was a pity as it had excellent views of the lake. The breakfasts were really good with an excellent choice and we ate at the hotel restaurant one evening which we really enjoyed. We enjoyed the hotel bar and the hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Parking was a useful addition too. The hotel was an easy walk away from Bardolino town without being right in the middle which suited us

Summary: Cannot say enough wonderful things about Hotel Nettuno! From the initial greeting they knew our names and made us feel welcomed! The room was large, clean and had partial view of the lake. There is a lift for those with luggage but the stairs are very easy. We arrived late and they quickly got us the last table for dinner and provided wonderful service. Food was wonderful! The location was just a short walk away from the main plaza but it takes just 2 minutes to walk so we loved going into town to shop/eat/drink and then go back to our quiet hotel and have a nightcap with our favorite bartenders! Luca and Venezia were exceptional! There is live music some nights which was nice. We had to get back to the train station and our initial bus experience took so long, we asked if they could get us a taxi back and they made a call and had a wonderful driver there for us in the morning even arriving a few minutes early. Can’t wait to return and spend more time in Bardolino!!

Summary: The staff are super friendly and the location and walk along the from was really nice into Bardolino. The room I had was noisy by the open staircase so the entertainment that went on until 11pm kept me awake, I had an early morning train the following day. Mostly Northern Europeans guests and the food reflected that. The staff couldn’t do enough for me so a good place to stay but don’t rely on the food.
