Positive: There is a good spread of breakfast, and it is delicious. The ground staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Location is ideal, cross a bridge to the convention hall and it is near to the train station with plenty of food choices and an outlet mall is next to it. AEON is within walking distance.
Negative: Certain area in the room needs upgrading as this is an old hotel but overall, it is a comfortable stay, and I love the sea view from my room.
Summary: Excellent stay and I will use this hotel when I am back to Chiba for my business trip.

Negative: The pool is a separate cost which i expected. However the sheer number of additional costs was baffling when the accommodation costs are considered.
