Summary: beautiful stay. we visited in the winter and really loved having the entire location to ourselves to play in the snow

Summary: The airport shuttle was difficult to arrange but the hotel was able to provide pick up and drop off. We slept so well there and wished we had more time to explore the resort.

Summary: The front desk failed to pick us up from our lodge so breakfast was very rushed before we had to leave The restaurant closed earlier than advertised and room service drinks were limited

Summary: Hotel Nidom was a very special place to stay. The cabin was very big, warm and cozy, ideal for families with children. The fireplace was a great addition to the winter atmosphere. Although there is nothing much to do at the hotel, it is a great place to decompress from urban life. The nature around the property is absolutely amazing. Be aware that there are no convenience stores nearby and you will be stuck at the hotel if you don't have a car! All in all a fabulous winter experience!

Summary: Although our stay was cut short by a typhoon, we had an awesome time during our stay. The resort is very easy to find from the airport. Very beautiful and serene location! Hotel staff was extremely helpful, courteous and professional! We had room service our last night there. Food was exceptional! Truly a great experience! Looking forward to going back!
