Summary: This is a great stay in the winter. Cars picked us up from our room to go to the main lodge. Food was great. They have hot springs here. They arranged a taxi to the airport when their shuttle wouldn’t get us there on time. Could not ask for more of this hotel. Would highly recommend. Rooms very comfortable and spacious.

Summary: The airport shuttle was difficult to arrange but the hotel was able to provide pick up and drop off. We slept so well there and wished we had more time to explore the resort.

Summary: The front desk failed to pick us up from our lodge so breakfast was very rushed before we had to leave The restaurant closed earlier than advertised and room service drinks were limited

Summary: Hotel Nidom was a very special place to stay. The cabin was very big, warm and cozy, ideal for families with children. The fireplace was a great addition to the winter atmosphere. Although there is nothing much to do at the hotel, it is a great place to decompress from urban life. The nature around the property is absolutely amazing. Be aware that there are no convenience stores nearby and you will be stuck at the hotel if you don't have a car! All in all a fabulous winter experience!
