Positive: Location is both the good and bad. The surroundings are very picturesque and nice and you can ski in and out to the hotel - however it is also the problem - check on the bad staff. Otherwise the hotel is good. Room was clean. Dinner in the restaurant was ok and nicely served and you can order half-board (one day in advance). We took the sauna and it was good. Breakfast was fulfilling and well packed - they had good choice of food. The only thing - they may need is to service the coffee machine though (don't make latte there - I got some crunches from dry milk in it). If you go on skiing for several days it is a great place that you may consider.
Negative: I hate low scores, but there is something I don't like even more - that is to be ripped off. We were looking for one day trip to winter and I looked for the hotel with parking - that is exactly as mentioned in the description - it mentions there is 5 euro parking per day. One day before the booking they sent the notice that this is only for summer and on winter the arrangement is totally different - I even thought of cancelling - but the booking was not refundable. So first - you have to park on a paid parking, which cost 10 euro per day. After that you have to order mandatory snowtrax taxi to the hotel that cost additional 25 euro one way for a 5 minute ride (1km). And the cherry on the cake was that parking charges you per each light day - so for one night stay we had to pay for two days. For one night that would put you into 25+25+10+10=70!!! euro in "parking" fees. And this presumably you only go in and out once. I would definitely want to know this BEFORE I book a hotel. Something like this may not stop me if I was going for a week of ski, but in this case I would have preferred another option.

Positive: We ended up at this hotel after a nightmare experience at another place we had to leave at dawn. This was truly our safe haven! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Our room was massive, with plenty of storage, a spotless bathroom, and an amazing view of the mountains. Plus, it was super pet-friendly - our dog could be with us everywhere we went, and no charge applied! It really felt like a breath of fresh air after a rough start to our trip! Highly recommend!
