Summary: It was a wonderful stay. The room was clean and large, access to a bar and restaurant was exactly what we needed. Perfect respite from our travels!

Summary: Hotel Fanat has a freindly professional vibe toward customers, we noticed this extended amongst the staff members creating an overall enjoyable atmosphere. The quality of food and service at their restaurant is exceptional. Staying here has been an absolute pleasure.

Summary: A good hotel. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, the staff were polite and the location itself was far enough from the centre of Split to be very quiet whilst only being a leisurely hour stroll from Old Town. The cleanliness of the whole place and surrounding area was very good. Just a couple of negatives - the shower leaked onto our bathroom floor the whole time, which we raised 3 times with 2 different members of staff. Nothing was done about it the whole time we were there, with only vague promises of somebody from maintenence trying to fix it 'at some point'. Given we were in a 'deluxe suite', it didnt feel very deluxe. The area surrounding the hotel is also undergoing a lot of construction. Not a problem day-to-day, but getting public transport or taxis is doubly hard with blocked roads and this should have been something that the hotel is upfront about at check-in. The final slight plus point is that the sauna was unavailable for our entire stay. A couple of points off being a great hotel

Summary: We arrived late on evening, Frane at reception desk was very helpful and efficient: I made a mistake at reservation (twin beds instead of 1 arge bed) but he found immediatly a solution to fix this. Dinner, breakfast and lunch were of excellent quality.

Summary: Great hotel with excellent service! The staff at both the front desk and the restaurant were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The location is also a big plus – just a short walk to the beach and close to several nice restaurants. Perfect spot for a relaxing stay.

Summary: This property is absolutely beautiful and spotless! It’s a charming boutique hotel, and our suite was so clean and comfortable that it felt like we were the very first guests to ever stay in it. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options. The beach right across from the hotel is pristine, and with all the new amenities and restaurants opening soon, this area will quickly become one of the best places for a family vacation. We took an Uber to Split’s downtown (Riva) every evening for nightlife and shopping — just an 8-minute ride that never cost more than €15. Overall, this is the cleanest and most family-friendly area to stay in, with unbeatable beach access. We can’t wait to come back!
